SIDE-BY-SIDE DRAGS

| The
first round of side-by-side racing started off with Gun Slinger beating Firestone
Wilderness. Snake Bite got the better of Sudden Impact in the second race, and Dan
Runte & Bigfoot 14 left Avenger in the dust to advance to the next round.
Firestone Wilderness was the fast loser in round 1, and also got to advance. In
round 2, Gun Slinger took out Snake Bite, and Bigfoot beat team mate Firestone Wilderness
to set up the final. The final was a close race. Bigfoot and Gun Slinger both
got off the starting line with good acceleration, and it stayed neck-to-neck over the cars
and across the finish line. It was too close to call from where we sat looking
across the big track, but the officials gave the win to Bigfoot. |

AN OLD FASHIONED CAR CRUSH
| After
the side-by-side races and the first round of Tuff Trucks, the Friday night crowd was
treated to an old fashioned car crush featuring Bigfoot 5. Running over a stack of
cars with those huge tires is a wonder to behold. |
